ffmpeg 获取摄像头、麦克风选项

简单记录一下 ffmpeg 获取 DirectShow 设备数据的方法。本文所述的方法主要是对应Windows平台的。（由于 ffmpeg 输出编码为 UTF-8, 所以这里使用 Git Bash ）

列出设备
