The first time I installed Pandas with pip unsuccessfully as the download interupted for can’t find some program files. However this time, the same operations but I succeed. I find the reason during my searching for the installation tutorial.
Just because the installation through pip needs the accessibility to the foreign net while my VPN did not work for the last time.
