When building a geo system in China, we have a bit fundermental stuff to keep in mind

1. Highly recommend using PostgreSQL + Postgis as your database backend
2. All geometry should have a unique srid in database, recommend using srid: 4326
3. When calculating area of geometry in China, srid: 3857 seems not very accurate:
   • Use China China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000, 4490
   • Depends on your target sub-area, use Transverse Mercator, i.e. Shanghai, 4549
