Brief introduction: Albert Tzeng was born in Taipei and moved seven times before he was seven years old. He spent his childhood in Taichung from elementary school to high school. Tzeng transferred from the Department of Chemistry to the Department of Psychology at Taiwanese University. He then went to LSE to study sociology. I am very interested in his doctoral thesis ‘Framing Sociology in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore’ at Warwick University.
