my first learning journal in computer networking

Hi, this is Harry. I built my personal tech blog last month but ironically I am writing my first blog now. /facepalm

But never mind, later better than never. /facepalmAgain It is good for a potential programmer to have a personal blog to jot down something interesting/important during his/her learning journey in computer science.

I am reading a known book in CS field called “Computer Science:An Overview” by Glenn Brookshear. While the book has updated to the 13th edition, I guess it would not be a bad option plus it ranks highly on Douban (ignore it if you are not familiar with this).

After reading Chapter 4: Networking and the Internet, I found great interests on computer networking (probably it is because there are a few things that I can’t connect dots so far and I would like to understand them more).

The following blogs will be based on my own comprehension after reading another book that is all about networking. It is called “Basics of Networking” in English and it is the textbook for employee traning in Huawei. Personally, I think this is a great book for me to get started with the aid of the book with a bad selection of book cover lol.

Without further ado, let’s dive into the world of computer networking (I have already talked a lot) lol.
