
These days, I feel something has changed, not only my weightbut something in my mind.
Maybe I was wrong before. Because of my put-off period, I decided to temporarily put a brake on my high-intensive workout in the gym. I was so so so sad and upset to make this decision. Because I didn’t want to stop my training which really gave me confidence and happiness. But for my body I have to. So I was determined to recover before this coming summer vacation so that I can continue to train in the gym! And this time I won’t be stupid and ignorant!
Recently, I gained weight, but I think it’s normal as well as necessary. But I keep exercising in a comparatively relaxing and light way so as not to gain too much. And more importantly, I will try not to eat sweet and oily food and beverage as well. Luckily, I’m not get hooked, or even like those junk food like cookies, chips, candy and cola, however, I really like Europe-style bread, which is marked by its health, low fat and low sugar. But what I must remember is that I should not eat too much of it, either. I hope that during this period, my weight will maintain at 46kg!
In summer vacation, I will restart my training, and well control my food!
