申请服务器资源

一般来说，新浪云SAE和百度云BAE是很好的一个选择，因为价格不高，
且有绑定的域名，直接上传代码即可，不必操心内部的工作。具体流程可以参考以下的链接：

##启用开发者模式
在申请微信公众账号以后，进入页面。选择基本配置，点击进入。这里的URL，
如果是SAE或者是BAE，那么就是你创建的那个应用的地址（域名）。Token就是你在验证身份中定义的那个token值。选择提交。
