How all started

I always wanted to write down my thoughts somewhere, but i never did it successfully. It was always about time, side projects or work. Today, after all these years, i finally manage to start doing it. Yeap, it was a goal.

To be honest i wanted my own blog quite a while, i’ve tried it before without any success. It was a WordPress blog, as long as i remember 6 years before, which i’ve spend the night setting it up in my newly bought server. After setting it successfully i started writing down some bullshits which i don’t remember what they was, but they where bullshits anyway. So i’ve abandoned the project cause i had nothing to write down at that time.

Years have passed and write down my thoughts was something i wanted to do. And then was another problem which platform should i write to? Should be octopress which was famous? Should be WordPress? Should be Joomla? I’ve tried all of them. Nothing really was making me happy enough to start writing. And then i found Hexo! Yeap. It was a platform similar to octopress and was running on NodeJS. “Yeap, here we are!” i’ve said. Then i’ve looked at some themes, i found this great one, some npm installs, a bit of configuration at yaml file and blog was online with the help of github pages!
