####Combinations
Given two integers n and k, return all possible combinations of k numbers out of 1 … n.
For example,
If n = 4 and k = 2, a solution is:

##解题思路
该题用到的还是N-Queens中的方法：用一个循环递归处理子问题。实现的代码跟Combination Sum非常类似而且更加简练，因为不用考虑重复元素的情况，而且元素只要到了k个就可以返回一个结果.
