*日志文件提示：vmware workstation 12 VMXAIOMGR: Retry on write The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation.

• 存放vmware的虚拟硬盘超过40G以上单个文件不能用ntfs的压缩属性！！ntfs的压缩文件应该是有容量限制的！！
